Missions

At Oak Grove, we believe that the purpose of connecting and growing in relationship to God and his people is to go out into the world and serve. All of us our gifted in some way to contribute and build the Kingdom of God. Our goal as a mission oriented church is to provide opportunities for individuals to use their gifts to be the hands and feet of Jesus to a world in need. Ranging from collecting food or school supplies, serving a meal, building a wheel chair ramp to praying with a homeless person, there are opportunities to serve for all ages and interests. Skill or professional training isn’t necessary, just willing hands and hearts.

Community Dinner

Every Wednesday evening (6:15-7:15pm), Oak Grove offers a stress-free evening of food and fellowship.  All are invited to enjoy a free meal while making new friends and meeting some of our neighbors in the community.  Get involved by donating food items listed on the website each week or come at 5:00 to help set up, cook, serve or clean up.
