About Us
​The Oak Grove Seasonal Children's Consignment Sale is a community-driven event organized by Oak Grove UMC and Oak Grove School. This twice-a-year sale offers families a chance to buy and sell gently used children's clothing, toys, and gear at affordable prices. Proceeds from our sales go to supporting our school and supporting our community through various initiatives. Together, we’re making a difference for local families while fostering connections and sustainability.

Bring Cash! We offer a discount for purchases made with cash. All items are tagged with the regular price and a lower "cash price."

Consign
How to:

Register: Sign up using the link above to create an account and receive your consignor number. The registration fee is $3 and will be deducted from your proceeds after the sale.

Add Items: Log in to your account, list your items, set prices, and print tags.

Prepare Items: Wash/clean your items and securely attach the printed tags.

Drop Off: Bring your items to your scheduled drop-off appointment. The appointment is scheduled in your seller's account under "Check-In."

Earn Money: We’ll sell your items, and you’ll earn 60% of the sales.

Volunteer for More Rewards:

Volunteer for one 3-hour shift to earn 70% of your sales and to get access to the volunteer pre-sale.

Pick Up Unsold Items: Collect any unsold items (unless marked for donation) on Saturday, September 20th from 4pm to 5pm. All items not collected by 5pm will be donated.

Get Paid: Receive your check in the mail within two weeks after the sale.
Volunteer
You don’t have to volunteer to consign, and you don’t have to consign to volunteer. It’s entirely up to you!
If you have a consignor account, please use it to sign up for volunteering.

Donate
We gladly accept donations for our Children’s Consignment Sale! Gently used clothing, toys, books, and baby gear are always welcome. Your donations help support Oak Grove UMC and School and directly benefit our community.
Please consider donating items in good condition—your generosity truly makes a difference!
Donations are accepted year-round at Oak Grove School. To schedule a drop-off, please email us at consignmentsale@oakgroveumc.org.

Donations for Oak Grove UMC members can be dropped off on September 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
