Reach Team Ministries: This service area includes greeting and welcoming people for worship on Sunday mornings and for special services. It also includes helping to connect visitors and new members with new friends and opportunities to connect, grow, and serve.

Serve Team Ministries: Serve ministries focus on how God is calling us to serve our neighbor through Oak Grove’s feeding ministries, working with local schools, and serving locally, nationally, and internationally through mission work. 

Worship Production Ministries: Worship production miniseries focus on important behind the scenes work that is critical to making worship happen each week – from tech and sound and everything in between. 

Worship Design Team: The worship design team is a group of people who enjoy DYI projects creatively applied to worship.

Music Ministries: Music ministries include planning, practicing, and performing in either our praise band and/or choir.

Care Ministries: This service area includes praying for our members, visiting hospitals and nursing homes, helping families in grief, and encouraging people with notes and cards.

Grow Team Ministries: The Grow Team focuses on making disciples through planning and leading small groups, seasonal studies, Bible studies, and Sunday school.

Children’s Ministries. This service area includes a wide variety of roles in children’s ministry, such as nursery helper, or Sunday school teacher or assistant. It may also include teaching or supporting kids’ ministries including vacation Bible school, children’s crafts, children’s music, Christmas programs, Easter egg hunts, church camps, Bible retreats and Scouts.

Youth Ministries: Youth ministry focuses on leadership and support for any of a wide variety of youth ministries including helping with mission and outreach, Sunday school, small groups, food, and activity nights.

Women’s Ministries: Women’s ministry involves organizing and participating in a small group or other fellowship activities that meets the spiritual needs of women or providing leadership for other women’s ministries.

Men’s Ministries: Men’s ministry includes organizing and participating in a small group or other fellowship activities that meet the spiritual needs of man or providing leadership for other men’s ministries

Connect Ministry Team: This service area includes providing leadership or support for fun and fellowship including church events, decorating, setting up tables, making drinks, cleaning up, and washing dishes.

Building & Grounds: This service area includes providing support for all aspects of care and upkeep of Oak Grove’s buildings and property. This also includes the security and lock-up teams.

Administrative Ministries: Administrative ministries include everything from counting offerings to volunteering in the church office to helping with special projects. 

Communications & Marketing: This ministry area includes development of marketing materials, web site support, social media development and tracking, communications of upcoming events, creating collateral materials.
